CONNOR “MERK" MERCURIO
Aspiring Sub-4:00 Miler/ Co-Producer
Connor "Merk" Mercurio is best described as the incarnation of Rocky Balboa. The Providence, RI native is more Italian than Mario and Luigi (in all reality, he’s also half Irish). Before moving to Flag to chase dreams the guy could single handedly vacate a diner of all it’s eggs and toast. When he's not busting out quality workouts in pursuit of a Sub4 he can be found playing with his beloved golden retriever, Rhody, or producing medals for hobby joggers and elite runners alike with him and his brother’s company, Stride Awards.

JAMES “JIMMY" STEVENSONDirector/ Co-Producer
James “Jimmy” Stevenson had the pleasure of lacing up the XC and track spikes with teammate Merk in their college days at Elon University. After working for MileSplit and FloSports in Austin, TX, Jimmy moved to Washington, D. C. to work on Georgetown University’s campus with the Christian ministry, Campus Outreach. Both him and Merk put their DC days in the rearview and are stoked to slay the game in Flag as training partners, coach/athlete, and best of buds.

ANDREW MILLERDirector of Photography/EditorAndrew "Miller" Miller is the only non-runner in the crew. The coffee addict has more caffeine in his blood stream than Merk has red bloods cells after two months at altitude. He left the confines of his cubicle as a sales rep to follow in the footsteps of his favorite YouTuber Casey Neistat, continuing to pursue his dream of being a videographer. If he's not behind the camera he's watching the Eagles dominate the NFC East.

ANDREW SMITHAudio EngineerAndrew "Smitty J" Smith is a farm boy from down south, better known as that sweet tea loving, 14 chicken owning, white kid from Oakboro, NC. His proudest accomplishment is once being ranked 9th in the US on Facebook's version of the classic cell phone game "Snake." When he's not capturing the crispest audio west of the Mississippi, you'll find him chasing a sub-15 minute 5k or making music for his band "Cave & Cliff."
